MATERIAL WE USE

We use only the highest quality plumbing supplies; Seattle homeowners should not have to sacrifice quality for a great price!

Piping: Inside the home we use Type L hard copper which is thicker than required by the code.

• For PEX repiping we use Uponor Wirsbo AquaPex or Rehau RAUPEX.
• For main water service we use Type K tubing, PE(black poly), or PE-AL-PE.

Fittings: For copper all fittings are copper, brass, or bronze and for PEX all fittings are EP, Brass, or DZR.

Shut off Valves: Quarter-turn Bronze/Brass ball valves of highest quality.

Fixture Shut offs: Quarter turn Angle or Straight Stops.

Solder: Lead Free.

Flux: Non Corrosive, Water Based.

Flex Connectors: Stainless Steel braided.

Insulated lines: We insulate all the hot and cold water pipes in the crawl space, attic and garage.

Tub/Shower Valves: Thermostatic Pressure-balancing tub/shower valves with adjustable volume.
